Same-day states (instant online portals)
Florida, Colorado, Texas, Ohio, Virginia, Minnesota, Idaho, Indiana, Wyoming, Kansas, and Nebraska maintain instant online issuance. Orders placed during business hours typically come back the same day.
Standard states (1 to 2 business days)
The majority of states process requests within one to two business days. This is the typical experience.
Slower states and expedite options
A few states are slower by default — Arkansas standard processing can run 2 to 4 weeks. Several states sell expedited handling: Delaware same-day, New York same-day, Pennsylvania same-day, Nevada 24-hour, Connecticut 24-hour, Maine 24-hour.
