- · Above that: state filing fee plus a $25 retrieval margin, then ceiling-rounded up to the nearest $5 for clean pricing.
- · Higher-fee options (such as a long-form certificate) follow the same rule: the state's fee plus the same $25 retrieval margin, then $5-ceiling-rounded.
- · No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Stripe processing is bundled in.
