GetGoodStanding.com is operated by Cryp Solutions LLC, a United States company. We are an independent filing and document retrieval service. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any Secretary of State office. We are also not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

How we are different

• · Transparent flat pricing. The state filing fee is included in the price you see. No membership, no subscription, no surprise add-ons at checkout.
• · No Social Security number, ever. We only collect business information — legal name, state, entity type. A Certificate of Good Standing is a public record and never requires your SSN.
• · No account required. Order in about two minutes. Track status with your order number and email.
• · Honest about good standing. If the state will not issue your certificate because the entity is behind on filings, we tell you the specific reason and refund you in full.
• · Every state, one place. All 50 states plus the District of Columbia, including the states that call the document a Certificate of Existence, Certificate of Status, Subsistence Certificate, or Standing Certificate.

How it works

1. You submit your business legal name, state of formation, and entity type at /order.
2. You pay one flat all-in price (the state filing fee is included) via secure Stripe checkout.
3. We file the request with the correct state agency and pay the state fee.
4. We deliver the signed PDF certificate to your email, usually within one to two business days. A physical original by USPS Priority is available as an add-on.

What we are not

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We do not file reinstatements, form entities, or act as your registered agent. We retrieve an existing public record — the Certificate of Good Standing — quickly, transparently, and from any state. For legal questions about your entity, consult a licensed attorney; for reinstatement or tax filings, your registered agent or accountant can help.
