What you can order
A certified copy is a copy of a document on file with the state, such as a Certificate of Formation or Articles of Organization, that the state certifies as a true copy of its record. For Texas, we order for every entity type on file with the state.

- Amendment. An amendment filed after formation.
- Other filed document. Any other document on file with the state; describe it in the "Describe the document" field on the order form.
